From the get go we were lied to and then when bringing up previous conversations when terms suddenly changed and were nothing close to what was discussed we were treated as if the conversations never occurred. This has happened a numerous amount of times already and the house isn’t even built yet. It has been a disappointment to work with someone who is all but honest in our big moment of life in buying a new home for our family. EDIT: The sales manager reached out to us to make it right. We felt much better with movung along in the experience after being listened to and heard by Brittany and her going out of her way to repair what was wrong.
