  I could not have imagined surviving this journey without Paul. What should have been the easiest sale of both our lives ended up being the most convoluted experience. Paul was beyond phenomenal. This is absolutely the person you want representing you and your home. Paul's communication is top tier and so is his knowledge. I'm so thankful for Paul and the entire team that also supports him. He didn't just list my house and handle the normal responsibilities of a realtor; he advocated for me, stayed on top of every moving piece, communicated constantly, and helped me navigate some incredibly stressful and unexpected circumstances. What impressed me most was how invested he was in protecting my best interests. I never felt like I was just another transaction or that his priority was simply getting to closing. When things became difficult, he didn't disappear or take the easiest route. He asked questions, made calls, followed up, helped me understand my options, and made sure my voice was heard. I was a person, not just a transaction. Paul thank you for everything you did for me. I truly appreciate you.

  Paul is great! He is knowledgeable about the East Tennessee area, many years of experience and an easy going personality. When we needed anything done he was a great resource for us as out of state buyers. Paul was able to provide us with good people for inspections and escrow. We would definitely work with him again in the future!
