  I was going to move in there and then I paid the $75 for the application fee and the additional $215 for the administrative fee. The application is still pending because I refuse to give reference for my job that’s inappropriate. I’ve never been asked that before, so I didn’t go forward with the application. However, now I cannot reach anyone in the office. I’ve been calling the last week and no one has called me back. All I’m asking for is my money back and they’re going to keep $215 like I can afford to give that away in this economy who can afford for anyone to keep my money I am not moving into your property so why are you not answering my calls? Why haven’t you even email me letting me know when you’re going to cut my check because you should not keep my money. I’m not moving there and at this point I really wouldn’t want to move there if this is how you treat potential residence so now I do believe all of the reviews give you bad reviews and I will keep reviewing and calling until someone contact me. Yeah I’m not persistent. Thanks.

  We have lived here for 8 years now. For the first 5 years it was rough to say the least, however; since Anna, Katie, Corey and Kevin came into the complex things have drastically improved! Maintenance requests are dealt with in a reasonable time and the maintenance guys are certified in so many skills so we know when it's repaired it's properly done. Anna and Katie are highly responsive to concerns and issues. You can tell that they actually care about our little community. We would love to see corporate get the maintenance team a golf cart so they don't have to walk 12000 steps each day so corporate or district if you're reading this- please invest in a small way to help out these hard working guys.

  I’ve never had any problems here ever since Anna Got here I’ve heard nothing but good things and have experienced nothing but good things and because of that, I am officially signing my fourth lease to be honest, I don’t think I wanna be anywhere else

  I absolutely love The Reserve! Anna (specifically) and the maintenance team are incredibly professional, responsive, and friendly. The grounds are maintained, peaceful, and make the whole community feel like a welcoming atmosphere. The apartments themselves are nice and well-designed. I highly recommend calling this place home!
