  Great location that offers privacy, security, and convenient distance to Northshore/downtown! The units are incredibly well built, definitely concrete construction based on the sound insultation. Staff are very friendly, lots of amenities to use, and they host events and bring in food truck vendors month to month. Honestly feels a lot like being back at university-owned apartments to that end, in a good way. Community building is cool. I came from Ascent at Signal and honestly, it's no contest as to which is better. This place blows Ascent out of the water on every aspect.

  Love Patrice. She is very kind, helpful, and funny. I am glad I had her to help me because I was getting a little frustrated. Patrice stepped in and it was smooth sailing after that.

  The office staff are so kind and helpful. Patrice was absolutely amazing in helping me throughout the whole leasing process.

  The apartment manager is so incredibly sweet and funny I’d live there just to be apart of a community with her in it but it’s also affordable and very cute!!

  Absolutely phenomenal experience with Patrice! Patrice walked us through the application and was very resourceful! The complex was very clean and well maintained. Patrice walked us through the complex and and answered all our questions.
