  I've lived here for 4 years now and have had a really great experience! I love the location and the staff is always so helpful. Special shoutout to Patrice and Jay — they're both amazing and are always willing to help with anything you need. Highly recommend living here!

  We came to Ridgemont to just look at apartments, but ended up renting here right away! Patrice listened to our needs, showed us options, and in the end had an open apartment that matched perfectly. She made the application process easy and helped us through our next-steps. I can't wait to be a part of this welcoming community!

  Great location that offers privacy, security, and convenient distance to Northshore/downtown! The units are incredibly well built, definitely concrete construction based on the sound insultation. Staff are very friendly, lots of amenities to use, and they host events and bring in food truck vendors month to month. Honestly feels a lot like being back at university-owned apartments to that end, in a good way. Community building is cool. I came from Ascent at Signal and honestly, it's no contest as to which is better. This place blows Ascent out of the water on every aspect.
