Great communication before, during and after the trip. Very clean, classy room with a fire pit and grill for guest use. No USB ports in room, so you will want to bring a wall charger with you. Ruts in the gravel parking lot from a recent heavy rain. Understandable but hard to drive around/over in our little car.

After prepaying and booking the room for two nights, I could not connect with anyone by phone to check-in between 8pm-10pm, therefore, I reserved rooms at another property last minute.
