  117 Westbrook ave , Soddy Daisy Completely unprofessional Took our application fee, kept us waiting for a couple of weeks and said the owners rented it out to family . Our credit scores are 700+ and background check was spotless. But their agent was very slow to reply and unprofessional

  I’ve had a really good experience renting with this property management company. The viewing and application process was super easy, and I found out I was approved pretty quickly. Communication has been great, and maintenance always responds fast. Colby recently came out to fix an issue and also took care of a few other things that weren’t even on the request, which I really appreciated. It’s nice knowing issues get handled quickly and thoroughly. Overall, I’ve been very happy renting here.
