When we walked in, the leasing lady was sitting down and immediately told us she wouldn’t be able to show us an apartment because she had someone else coming in 40 minutes later. Instead of trying to accommodate us, she pushed for us to “schedule” another time… My husband works in law enforcement and has a very unpredictable schedule with a lot of overtime, so making time to come in together isn’t easy for us. I ended up just saying nvm, and when I did her attitude changes immediately and she slammed her hands down which came off very rude and unprofessional. It left a bad impression and made us feel like our time wasnt valued. On top of that, I noticed a large amount of five star reviews posted in a single day, which honestly raises questions about authenticity!!! I did read the negative reviews and they consistently mention roach and mold problems that management allegedly does not address. From our experience and what others are reporting, I would be cautious before renting here!!!!
