- AHAshley HavenJul 23, 20262.0We lived here about 7 years ago and had a great experience. We decided to come back, but the state of the apartment was disappointing. The team did get us in quickly and we appreciate that, but there are leaks in both toilets. A musty smell in the apartment from the HVAC. There were pills we found from the previous tenants in the kitchen cabinet. Thank goodness our child didn’t find it first. It was dirty. The finishing work is absolutely terrible. Receptacles were on upside down and we had to switch them because we couldn’t plug things in. Black stuff coming out of bathroom faucet. Water smells and tastes very weird from this particular apartment. We really hope everyone else doesn’t experience these same issues and we definitely won’t be extending our lease or coming back in the future based off this experience. We really hope that the management team takes our HVAC complaints seriously so we don’t have to escalate them. Hopefully the next few months fly by or get better! 😬
