  Work request not being filled, over abusive rental manager, rent that keeps getting hiked up, no water pressure (do to a leak that hasn’t been fixed for at least 5 months now) being scalped by onsite laundry facility.

  I have lived at this property for over a year and have been so pleased with the property as a whole, the management and my unit that I am upgrading to a townhome and signing another lease. The management and maintenance staff are very responsive and quick to solve and issues or answer and questions. The rent is reasonable and the units are clean and maintained. The property has been upgraded and they have many more additions to the amenities planned for this spring. With all that, plus the location being so ideal and so close to major shopping, restaurants and attractions...I can't imagine living anywhere else.
