I cannot recommend the Property Manager Heather Lawerance enough! From the first day, to the move-in process it was incredibly smooth. Whenever I have any questions or concerns Heather ensures it is handled promptly and professionally. What really stands out is her communication and dedication to the residents. She is always quick to answer emails, keep the community updated on events or property improvements, and genuinely care about making this a great place to live!

I have seen some negative reviews on the property manager Heather & just wanted to give my opinion based on my experience with her. I’ve seen firsthand how dedicated she is to making sure everything is handled fairly and efficiently. She’s firm when it comes to enforcing policies, which means tenants can rely on a well-managed property. She’s not one to let things slide, and honestly, that’s exactly what you want in someone who’s making sure everyone’s needs are balanced. She’s fair and direct, and the property is better for it! When it comes to communication, she’s always by the book. To the guy writing about the HVAC; If a contractor doesn’t show, that’s on them—but from experience and my relationship with her, I know she made sure notice was given, as required. She’s diligent about following all regulations and keeping tenants in the loop. Even when things are out of her hands, she ensures everything is communicated properly and according to the law, otherwise she wouldn't be in this line of business and position for the lengths she has been in it.

"I recently toured this community and was blown away by how well I was treated. The property manager and the leasing agent I worked with was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me. It is rare to receive this level of customer service during an apartment hunt. Highly recommend!

My sister and I moved into this community hoping we had found a place we could call home. Like any apartment complex, we understood there would be occasional maintenance issues and small inconveniences. What we didn't expect was that the biggest challenge during our tenancy would be communication. Our biggest issue involved our air conditioning. Maintenance informed us that an outside HVAC company would need to complete the repair and that we would be contacted when the appointment was scheduled. Instead, we received an email saying the HVAC company had attempted to come the previous day even though we had never been notified an appointment had been scheduled. We checked our cameras because we were confused and found no evidence that anyone had come to our apartment. The office then informed us the HVAC company would return on July 2. I explained that July 2 was my birthday TODAY and that we had already made plans to have family together in our apartment. Some of our family members become overwhelmed by unfamiliar people and unexpected interruptions, so I simply asked if the appointment could be moved to another day. At no point were we refusing repairs. In fact, we wanted the A/C fixed as quickly as possible because it had become so hot that I was sleeping in my living room some nights. We had already provided the office with a key to make maintenance access easier whenever needed. Our only request was to reschedule that one appointment after not being informed of the first one. Unfortunately, that request led to a disagreement in the leasing office. I also want to take full responsibility for my own actions. During that conversation, I became frustrated and called Heather an inappropriate name. That was wrong, and I regret allowing my emotions to get the better of me. I should have handled that moment differently. However, I also believe it's important to accurately describe what happened. There were no physical threats, no physical contact, and no repeated harassment. It was one heated conversation after months of frustration over communication. Immediately afterward, I walked over to Rayliena because she had nothing to do with the disagreement. I apologized for raising my voice and for being out of character. I also told her that she has always been welcoming, professional, and kind to us. She listened to our concerns, and we made sure she knew our frustration was never directed at her. I also want to recognize two employees who deserve to be acknowledged. Rayliena has consistently treated us with kindness, professionalism, and respect. She communicates with residents in a way that makes them feel heard, and every interaction we've had with her has been positive. Robert from maintenance has also been exceptional. He works incredibly hard, genuinely cares about the property, and has always treated us with respect. He has consistently tried to help resolve our maintenance concerns, and we appreciate everything he has done. This review isn't being written because we wanted to leave negative feedback online. Honestly, this is the last place we wanted to be. We wanted to enjoy our home, communicate with management when issues came up, and continue living here. Unfortunately, we never knew who to contact above the property level when we felt our concerns weren't being heard. We didn't know where else to turn. Our hope is that someone within the company sees this review, looks into what happened, reviews the communication between us and the leasing office, and uses it as an opportunity to improve how residents are treated plus we later found a 14-day lease termination notice on our door, we first received a “Notice of Trespass” advising that we were no longer permitted to enter the leasing office and that criminal charges could be pursued if management believed further harassment occurred. We respected that notice from that point forward. After receiving both notices, we no longer knew who within the company we could speak to about our concerns, which is ultimately why we felt our only remaining option was public review
