  I've been living here for a bit and I've really enjoyed it. Great location close to the mall without feeling like it's in the middle of everything. The amenities are amazing and the grounds are beautiful. I had issues when applying for my apartment and the office staff was so kind and patient, with good communication. Emilio, the maintenance man, is god sent. I had an issue with the A/C and he was there first thing in the morning to fix it. He was so kind and quick to fix the issue. He's respectful and even was mindful enough to take off his shoes. I highly recommend this apartment complex!

  If I could give 0 stars I would I was charged over 2K for carpet replacement. When I asked for documentation, they sent photos that was 100% from a different apartment. I took photos when I moved out and there were no stains even close to what they sent as “proof” Don’t move here this place is AWFUL.

  Listen to the other reviews. Moving out was a nightmare. The complex owners, AR Buildings, are a nightmare. You cannot get a hold of them in anyway except for writing a letter! The front office was also a nightmare. Stay far, far away from these apartments!
