  If I could rate this place a zero I would. The office staff are useless, they come in late and leave early. Nothing with them is consistent. Any time I have gone over to ask a question there is a 3/4 chance they won’t be there during posted office hours. There are roaches, they say they will spray but nothing ever comes from it. Other bugs too, including carpet beetles. They will charge you for a move out carpet fee of 2500 regardless of condition and lie to you about when it will be charged to your account. My advice is to take pictures and get everything in writing. Oh and if you break the lease it’s over $5500 regardless of how close to your actual date and will not tell you about the discount they give for paying it early/will gaslight you about the amount so get it in writing. If you actually read the lease it’s horribly predatory, the fees and hidden things they can at will charge you with are awful. Also if you own cats check and see what they say because now they want them declawed, which is illegal to enforce. On top of that they will make you pay a whole other service to register your pet each year and if you don’t then it’s grounds for them to break your lease. You will hear everything, neighbors, cars and especially the construction that starts around 6:30-7am. Also, smoking. It’s supposed to be non smoking but good luck if it’s weed! They refuse to do anything about it because they want you to call the cops instead. On the topic of security, there isn’t any. They say they have security but that’s a lie, never in 3+ years have I run into or gotten any response from security. When our air conditioning went out, upon calling the emergency line for the apartment, we were told it wasn’t considered an emergency when temps were pushing 95+ and inside it was 83. We’ve also had neighbors who fought, broke their sink and flooded our apartment (they lived above us) and actively went to jail and it took two months of hearing them screaming until they were finally evicted. So please, do not move here. There are far better apartments with staff who actually care. This place will take advantage of you. Do not move here. It was the worst experience I’ve dealt with and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. 0/100

  I've been living here for a bit and I've really enjoyed it. Great location close to the mall without feeling like it's in the middle of everything. The amenities are amazing and the grounds are beautiful. I had issues when applying for my apartment and the office staff was so kind and patient, with good communication. Emilio, the maintenance man, is god sent. I had an issue with the A/C and he was there first thing in the morning to fix it. He was so kind and quick to fix the issue. He's respectful and even was mindful enough to take off his shoes. I highly recommend this apartment complex!

  My family and I stood at Bridgeway apartments for 6 years. Sadly we had to say goodbye this last weekend due to personal purposes,otherwise we would still be there. I absolutely loved my home! All rooms are very spacious! Lots of kitchen space/cabinet space! The wood flooring. Super spacious balcony with a gorgeous pond view! The sun sets were amazing to see every evening (I'm going to miss the view so much). Vallet trash was a plus! The nice pool area! The landscape is always well taken care of. I never had trouble finding parking upfront of my building. The staff is very friendly! I hate that we can't bring our maintenance man along with. Super big thanks and shout out to Emilio our maintenance man! Super professional and friendly person. Any request we had he would promptly get things done. He even came during his off hours due to an emergency leak. I'm certainly going to miss this apartment very much! If you're looking for a home in the Chattanooga area I highly recommend Bridgeway!

  Love lawn mowers blasting in my ear at 8am, I know we went over this before but I can’t get over it. Can’t wait to leave these cheap apartments, zero insulation between units you hear everything all the time.
