  This place is the BEST! I’ve lived in a few different apt complex’s and honestly, I’ve never been a fan. People are nosey, the outside ends up getting nasty & trashed, the landscaping is never kept up (and I’m a big believer in first impression.) That’s why when I first saw these apts I immediately said, “oh these are way out of my price range. Maybe one day.” I never even put in my application. I was so sad. As I continued searching I just kept thinking about this apt complex & then about one to two months later I received a newsletter from here an said to myself, “what the heck let me apply.” The next day they called, I sent my stuff in an let me tell you I was APPROVED! And the rates were no where near as bad when you take into consideration they pay for everything except lights. You have valet trash, a charging station for the electric cars, a gym that’s literally like planet fitness, a salt water swimming pool with all sorts of many cabanas, a lounge area with a huge TV & fireplace. Outside they have cornhole, ping pong table, and a rooftop lounge area. They have an arcade room with a pool table, pac man, air hockey, fooseball, an entire kitchen outdoors with more fire pits (it’s beautiful.) the have a little dog spa, a car wash with a vaccum (like WHAT?) and they stay having food trucks and doing fun activities- you literally never have to leave this place. The ladies in the front are the sweetest & most understanding! Oh and by the way each unit not only had a washer and dryer hook up, it comes with your OWN washer & dryer! No where better for this price in the city of Chattanooga!

  I just finished a tour of the Ardmore at Vance. I was given a spectacular tour of the property by a lovely lady named Catherine. She was thorough and knowledgeable. She seemed to know every detail about the different floor plans and gave me insight on all of the properties amenities as well. At the conclusion, she went above and beyond by typing out a list of her favorite restaurants and local spots. She even pulled up photos of each place on her desktop sharing her enthusiasm for Chattanooga’s food scene. A great tour by a very special property manager. 5 stars Catherine! Thank you for such phenomenal service!

  Toured with Catherine, super thorough and friendly experience. Lots of great amenities and the complex is beautiful.

  We moved in a couple of weeks ago and have really enjoyed it here. I love the amenities and it is convenient to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

  Great place to live! The staff is respectful, friendly, and always helpful. The maintenance team is very fast and does high-quality work. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
