  Under an anonymous name because I don’t need to deal with the headache of them, knowing who I am. If you’re considering living here, know what you’re actually signing up for. And I already know management will probably see this and respond with the most carefully worded “sincere” apology imaginable. Save it. I’m not looking for an apology or another generic promise to do better. I still have to live here until my lease is over, so an apology doesn’t change my experience. When we moved in, our apartment already had scuffed walls, holes, poorly finished trim, drywall gaps, damaged screens, and poorly maintained appliances. I specifically asked management to document and address the pre-existing damage because I didn’t want to eventually be blamed for it or lose my deposit. I provided pictures and documentation, and most of my concerns were essentially ignored. If you move here, document EVERYTHING from day one. The damaged screens and gaps make it incredibly easy for bugs to get inside. The AC struggles every summer, maintenance seems overwhelmed with HVAC issues, and other requests get pushed aside. Basic maintenance can take far too long. You also pay extra for trash pickup, yet it’s routinely missed. The compactor can be full or unusable, but residents can still be threatened with fines for leaving trash outside when the service we’re paying for wasn’t even provided. The “gated community” is another joke. I’ve come home from work at 3 AM to find the gate wide open, then seen it closed and locked around 3 PM. If we’re paying a premium for a gated community in Brentwood, the gate should at least consistently function. The pool is extremely crowded and doesn’t require a key card or lock, so anyone can walk in. Parking is also a constant problem. By evening, legitimate spaces can be nearly impossible to find, yet residents can still face $100 fines or towing. If there aren’t enough spaces, what exactly are residents supposed to do? Also, if I get home at 3 AM, I’m not waking up with a butt crack ass a dawn to move my car to a parking spot. That’s ridiculous. And the roads? Laughable. Potholes, uneven pavement, deteriorating sections, and speed bumps everywhere. You practically have to drive five miles per hour to avoid destroying your car. Ongoing construction has also made getting around the property unnecessarily difficult, with roads dug up and no communication about when things will actually be resolved. The problem isn’t that this is an older complex. Older properties can be perfectly livable when they’re properly maintained. The problem is paying almost $2,000 for a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment and being expected to tolerate unreliable maintenance, inconsistent services, broken amenities, parking problems, terrible roads, and basic upkeep being neglected. The pattern is simple: report an issue, provide documentation, follow up, and get excuses or silence until you’re expected to just tolerate it. For what we pay, it’s absolutely not worth it. There are nicer places literally right down the street. If I could afford to break my lease and leave, I would. At this point, I’m counting down until I can. Save yourself the headache and your money. Look elsewhere. And again to the complex, I do not need your apology or your excuses or reasons this is for the people that are thinking about moving here just so they’re warned. This is not for you. I’ve tried communicating my issues and they’re ignored.

  Beautiful grounds! Inviting and relaxing pool area with residents enjoying their time. Communal space in a beautiful area of town. Grateful for the tour I was given; all questions answered

  **DON'T BE A VICTIM** While living here, I lost my job and had to break my lease. They fabricated $8000 worth of damages that I am now liable for. I lived in the apartment with a chihuahua for 3 months. I left if immaculate. I was charged for new carpet, new countertops, resurfacing the bathtub, new blinds, ect... They charged me with anything they could think of. Don't do it.
