  A Disappointing Turn of Events Just yesterday, I left a five-star review recognizing Musette Taylor for her exceptional customer service, kindness, and professionalism. Unfortunately, just one day later, I find myself sharing a completely different experience at The Westerly at Union Depot. With Musette away on vacation, my husband and I were left working with Hope. After three phone calls from me and several from my husband, we received very little assistance. Her responses were repeatedly, “I don’t know” or “I can’t do that,” with little effort to provide answers or guidance. Frustrated, I decided to visit the leasing office in person, hoping for some clarity. Unfortunately, Hope’s dismissive attitude, condescending smile, and lack of empathy only made the situation worse. What disappointed me further was that Hope apparently presented the issue to her manager as a misunderstanding of the apartment application process. Her manager later called my husband to explain the process. Let me be clear: The process was never the problem. The way we were treated was. We weren’t asking for special treatment or exceptions. We simply expected professionalism, clear communication, and a little compassion. There is a difference between being unable to help and being unwilling to make an effort. My husband and I were genuinely excited about making The Westerly our new home. Musette made us feel welcomed and valued, while our experience with Hope left us feeling the complete opposite. It’s truly sad and frustrating that such a positive experience ended on such a disappointing note.

  Musette made leasing and move-in easy. Great response time, she even gave me a tour on her day off to fit my schedule, and she was genuinely helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend working with her at The Westerly.

  My experience with The Westerly has been wonderful. I have been here for just over a month. It is a very quiet apartment complex. The apartments are very clean and fresh. Hope and Parker, who are on site staff, were very professional and cordial in helping me navigate the pre move in process, and have remained so whenever I have needed technical help. I highly recommend The Westerly for anyone looking for a quiet apartment living experience.

  This apartment community has exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a brand-new apartment with modern appliances, and I found exactly what I was looking for at The Westerly. The location is convenient to everything a person would want or need. The amenities are excellent and provide everything needed for a comfortable lifestyle. The staff is not only friendly, but extremely responsive. Any questions or requests I've had were handled quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!
