  Terrible service. I do not recommend it at all. Even though the apartments are new, the air conditioning breaks down every day. It is very expensive, yet the services are poor. Everything is terrible

  The management team is phenomenal, and Parker does a great Job. Hope and the rest of the team are great. This has been the best management team I have dealt with so far.

  Hope and Parker are AMAZING! I felt right at home. I’ve toured several times and they’ve been so helpful. Hopefully I can move in soon!

  Nice apartment, but the elevator is out all the time. If your on the top floor its 60 steps to the bottom. Not good especially if you are a disabled veteran. The other elevator is a good walk to get to. I guess code enforcement doest check them anymore. Sure would hate to be on it and it go out. Scary

  From day one, all of the ladies in the leasing office have been an absolute pleasure to work with. You can tell everyone genuinely cares about the property and takes pride in what they do, and it shows. The entire move-in process was explained clearly and was incredibly easy to set up. The Westerly has truly thought of everything, whether you’re a family, an individual, or someone with a busy lifestyle. Everyone—from management to the maintenance team—has been friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed community with a staff that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend The Westerly. It’s a great place to call home.
