Management is wonderful. Renee gives it her all and when there is a problem she does everything she can to fix the problem. Alot of us residents were so upset when Renee had left because nothing seemed to go right except for maintenance and we were all so excited when Renee came back. The maintenance man ( David ) is great. When a work order is called in he gets right on fixing the problem. He goes above and beyond for this company sometimes and will take care of calls pretty much no matter what time he is called. He even goes out in the middle of the night and will walk the property to make sure everything is quite out there.
