  Jeff and the entire team at Clayton Athens were so great and helpful through the entire process! Would absolutely recommend Jeff and his team to anyone wanting to purchase a Clayton home.

  My family and I bought our first home with Clayton’s Home of Athens and it was a WONDERFUL experience. As first time buyers we really needed guidance and transparency in the process and that is exactly what we got. Hunter was truly wonderful and really made us feel like family more than just clients. Amanda our sales processor was literally such a blessing as she stayed on top of things and worked hard to keep the process as easygoing as possible. Thank you both so much for sticking with us and helping our family achieve our new forever home!

  Absolutely. One of the worst experiences I ever had. They have no idea what they're doing, or how to organize anything . Cost me thousands staying in a hotel. Moving the moving date, pushing it back, pushing it back. I had to pay to have my electric done twice.I had to pay to have my driveway done.Twice.And I had to pay to get my car fixed, and I had to pay to go to the doctor for my ankle.And I had to miss three days of work.did I mention hotel cost. Just crazy. All I wanted was my money back for having someone come out and do the driveway RIGHT. SO it's actually drivable they say it was drivable.But then wouldn't drive up it when they came here for closing, i was pretty much in duress. During that I had no option but to take the key because I was living in a hotel cause trust me, I wouldn't have. When they brought the trailer the ceiling was soaked, I try covering up blah blah blah. I got pictures of the mold. they parked at the bottom to funny. It was because he wouldn't of made it up. just earlier that day the electrical company got stuck. Lol people are downright heartless. Will do all that and then set a meeting to pretty much talk smack i couldn't believe it. It was super awesome to have these unexpected expenses right after my wedding of course. I had to pull money from my 401k because ive been rung dry. And i couldn't even afford to fix my car all the way. So i still have a banged up car. Just NOT RIGHT. DO RIGHT. I WANT MY DRIVEWAY AND CAR MONEY BACK. DO RIGHT

  Adrian has been awesome through the entire purchasing and building process. He kept us well informed every step of the way and we are loving our new house!
