  Just to top everything off. I just got home from work and see this. Lol whole back of the trailer is falling down too and all the front obviously...smh

  First, I am so very happy with my Clayton home! I want to give a shout out to the service guys. They are great! Throughout the process, they have come out quickly to make repairs any time I've requested a service call. They dont give you the run-around. They listen and do what they can to get the job done. They are a pleasure to deal with to boot!

  We decided to travel almost an hour out of area to visit and met Jeff. (Even after meeting with 3 other builders). Jeff earned our trust during our first conversation. He is so kind and genuinely cares about his customers. He discussed with us many different options for a new home on our land. For months, Jeff communicated & worked with us on floor plans and customizations for our home. He and his team walked us through every step of the paperwork, coordinating with our lender, build process, delivery, and move-in. Jeff, Amanda, Debbie, and the service team were always so sweet & prompt with communications and truly went above & beyond to take the best care of us to get us in our home as quickly as possible. Our home is absolutely beautiful and we have received tons of compliments from contractors, friends, and family. We are so happy and over-the-moon thrilled with our experience with this team.   My husband and I have been looking at one specific double wide to buy. When we went in Clayton’s everyone was super nice. Noah Vandermeeden is the one that has been talking with us and has been so patient and understanding dealing with us ( me really). Lots of questions and then 2 deaths. Noah has been awesome reaching out to see how I am doing and if there is anything he can do. Unfortunately we have decided for right now to just stay where we are. I went in personally to tell him instead of calling or texting. He has been just awesome and understanding I wanted to give him a shout out. Thank you Noah!
