  I absolutely adore the staff at Hickory Lake !!! Kass and Jean are on top of everything. Maintenance is always prompt, respectful of my home and friendly. I recommend this property anytime I see someone apartment hunting.

  This is a very beautiful location with great people in the leasing office helping people out. I worked with Jay and he took care of my question and application quick and efficiently. Happy to be here!

  Moving can be stressful, but Kass and her team made this experience feel completely different. From the very beginning, Kass treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine care. They took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed, and made me feel valued instead of just another applicant. Their professionalism and positive attitudes gave me confidence that I’m making the right decision. It’s rare to find a team that truly goes above and beyond, and I’m grateful for the support they’ve shown me throughout this process.   I recently just moved in and the office staff has been very helpful & proactive. Any issues I have had, they are quick to get them resolved. Maintenance comes in & will fix not only what you have asked but anything that is revolving around the issue. For instance, I asked for my water heater to be flushed. Maintenance came & did just that, checked all of my piping & went as far as replacing the sink faucet in the bathroom! They even did a walk through with me before I moved in to get repairs done. If you are looking for a budget friendly community with great perks of maintenance & office staff, this may be for you.
