  Carroll at Cane Ridge is a nice location with great staff and management it is clean, homie and comfortable to live in we couldn't have found a better place to live.

  The process from start to finish was great. Courtney answered all my questions/concerns.Also no issues with the construction going on. I am so glad I made the decision to move into this beautiful brand new property.

  My initial experience with the complex was positive, subsequent interactions with Valeria and Courtney were sub par. Valeria repeatedly provided incorrect information, later admitting she was not verifying facts. Despite promises from both Jules and Valeria that my administrative fee would be waived, the property initially failed to honor this. When I raised the issue, Courtney argued against the agreement rather than rectifying the error. Although the fee was eventually waived, I was never notified of the resolution. Courtney eventually sent a late-night email that shifted blame onto me for the misinformation I was provided by their staff. Because of multiple communication failures and the lack of accountability, I chose not to move into this beautiful property. If you move in be sure the get all the information in writing otherwise they will try to not honor it.
