  We moved here a year and an half ago and this neighborhood is such a great place! It’s pretty quiet and chill. Yards look great and homes are tidy. People are friendly and say hi to each other when walking by with your dog or just going for a stroll and people wave when you drive by. Another pleasure has been regarding anytime I had an issue and contacted the warranty team, they got back to me pretty quick and got it resolved. HOA is a little high here but I highly recommend this place even though there isn’t many properties left for sale here.

My experience involving the property at 360 Josephine Dr raised concerns regarding workmanship, contract compliance, and post-construction accountability. Certain aspects of the construction did not appear to align with the standards and obligations outlined in the purchase agreement. Documented issues included water drainage problems in the backyard related to grading and berm conditions. These issues were reported; however, they remain unresolved, and prior corrective measures do not appear to have fully addressed the underlying problem, which may result in ongoing impact to the property. Additional concerns included inconsistencies related to HOA fee structures within the community, raising questions regarding transparency and management practices, as well as misaligned windows in one bedroom, indicating potential installation deficiencies. These matters also resulted in an ongoing dispute regarding the return of earnest money, which remains unresolved despite prior attempts to address the issue directly. Prospective buyers are encouraged to proceed with caution.

  Wow what an amazing experience! Collin was the best salesman. He listened to what we wanted and helped us make the best choice which was the grand bahama. We went back to talk about our choice several time and Collin always took his time to listen to our needs. This was scary for us because we are from out of state. But he made it so simple and comforting. We couldn't be happier. Then the build...Jose..WOW. Step by step he went through every moment with us and opened a app of our home to let us watch every new development on the home. Was so exciting to see. Now we are in our beautiful home and when I say home I mean "HOME" Its a great feeling. Its perfect! Thanks again to you both and all your hard workers who made our dreams come true.
