  Monica at Hart Townes has worked with me through every question, challenge, obstacle, achievement and milestone getting into the homes here! You don’t come across people like Monica in today’s world much anymore. She has made my experience personable, exciting and easy. Moving is hard enough as it is, but Monica takes the angst and worry away from moving. She truly makes this a home you are welcomed in and makes you feel as though she is also excited for you to be here- and I genuinely believe her. If you’re looking for the perfect place and person to make the move as easy as possible, please heavily consider Hart Townes and get in touch with Monica ASAP!!

  Since being on the search for a home in another state. I am glad I stumbled across these homes. From the beginning of me and my wife search, Monica has been nothing short of amazing! Answered all my wife’s questions, throughly and in a timely manner. Even when my wife felt like she was asking too many dumb questions, she still answered them in a respectful and professional way. Moving in was clean and sweet. Everything was done on time as promised for move In. The property is amazing. My kids love the pool. Everyone has been nice and welcoming. I am not sure i met the other employees quiet yet but Monica, she’s my main person i dealt with and she is amazing!!!

  This is a great community to live in but the best part was the assistance we got from Monica. She was attentive, very knowledgeable and most importantly she was very diligent. She walked us through the entire process and made it effortless.

  Moving into my new townhome has been nothing short of an amazing experience! From the beautiful finishing touches to the comfort of knowing I’m the first person to use the brand-new appliances, everything has exceeded my expectations. From the moment I reached out a month and a half before my move, Neyda was incredible. She answered every question I had, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything feel so easy and stress-free. Once I arrived, Monica continued that same level of outstanding service. Even after move-in, she has remained just as helpful, always making sure my questions are answered and that anything I need is taken care of. I also want to recognize Connie, who worked behind the scenes with management to ensure my transition was as smooth as possible. Together, these ladies truly went above and beyond. Nothing falls through the cracks with this team. Every maintenance request, phone call, email, and even the thoughtful welcome gift bag made me feel valued from day one. The community itself is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. I love having access to the pool and all the amenities. Most of all, I love the location. This area truly feels like home—it’s small, convenient, and perfectly situated so I can easily get to both downtown Greenville and Spartanburg. If you’re looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares and the entire leasing experience is seamless from beginning to end, I highly recommend this community. Thank you, Monica, Neyda, Connie, and the building team for making my family and me feel so welcomed. You’ve made this transition one I’ll never forget!

  The leasing agents and manager Monica are the BEST!!! Very good with communication and everything else. The houses are 10/1000 no complaints!
