  From the beginning of our journey of our purchase home in Ryan Cooper Mills everything goes smoothly with the help of Sale Rep. Jordan Jarvais, We got the updates from time to time from all of our concerns regarding of what we need to change and what options we wants from our home, his very helpful specially for us as first time home buyer, We are very excited to our new home, I have two friends at work who’s looking for a house which I recommend Jordan Jarvais to them.

  We had a great experience working with Julius Govers as the project manager on our new home. As first-time buyers, the process could have been overwhelming, but Julius made it feel calm, smooth, and even exciting. He was always available to answer questions and address concerns—no matter the time—and maintained excellent communication throughout. We especially appreciated the regular photo updates through the PhotoCircle app, which kept us informed every step of the way. Anytime we raised a concern, Julius was quick to respond and make it right. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made a huge difference in our experience.   The process from beginning to end has been a pleasure! Angie Stewart was the absolute best! She helped us take the steps we needed in order to get in!
