  This is literally the best place I’ve ever rented. Management here really cares about their properties. From the moment I walked in the office, I felt welcomed. Jennifer, Dina, and Diane are AMAZING! They made sure all, and the smallest concerns were taken care of (and honestly there’s no concerns here) The inside of my place when moving in was spotless. Everything was just beautiful. This has really been the best moving experience. I can’t wait to make beautiful memories here!! If you are looking for a clean, quiet, well kept place to make your home, look NO further.

  I’ve lived here for 12 years (all my life) & I love it, it is my home. The only reason I removed a point is because I wish it had more space and when you take a shower the water goes freezing and it’s so uncomfortable. But I love it also because they allow turtles. My future turtle is named petunia. Yep!

  Lived here for 2-3 years and loved it! The office staff is sweet and approachable. I didn’t have very many maintenance issues while living here but the few I did have got resolved quickly. It is clean and I never had a major problem with palmetto bugs which is huge in Columbia, especially around apartment complexes. I always felt safe living here (which was a big deal for me living by myself as a woman with no roommates) and had friendly neighbors. It is a great location, far enough back from the main road to be quiet but still just a quick drive to get anything you might need. I loved that there was plenty of parking and it was never a fight to find a spot, and my guests always had a nice place to park as well. I also loved the layout of my apartment (2BR Townhome) the upstairs and downstairs layout made it feel more like an actual home, and if you have kids or guests the extra bedroom is perfect. Only issue to be aware of is the AC in the upstairs. It gets extremely hot in the upstairs in the summer and the vents do not push enough air into that part of the house. If you get this layout this is where you will be sleeping. I had to purchase a window unit (~$300) to make the upstairs livable in the summer and be able to sleep up there. It is not a huge space to cool so this solution worked well, just be aware as this is not a cheap purchase you may need to be comfortable. With that, would still highly recommend living here and it was a wonderful place!
