  We love our apartment. Clean. Responsive and available staff. Tidy groundskeeping. Quick and adequate resolution to work-orders. Beautiful amenities. Quiet neighborhood. This place has literally provided us a breath of fresh air.

  My experience at The Vista has been decent so far. From the start of the application process to the amenities have been delightful. Communication with all managers were quick and responsive. I enjoyed the clean amenities, dog park, and the quick responses from managers. Comfortable staying here short term, and the price for the two bedroom apartment is unbeatable. I have to be honest about the issues I’ve experienced: Dog owners not cleaning up their dog’s poop, and dog hair accumulates on the stair well and stays there for weeks or longer. The interior walls and floors are a bit thin for my liking. I’ve made complaints about neighbors above me making loud stomping noises, from one end to the other of the apartment between 9pm to 1130pm and was told to be understanding of families with small children. I’m like okay, looks I’ll have to ride this one out. BUT I am still annoyed at this and my family had to sleep with the tv on relaxing music to try and mask the sounds the neighbors make. I received a notice that my neighbors reported me and a loud noise letter was delivered from the managers, that mentioned quiet time between 9pm-8am. My child is in bed by 930, and we are very mindful of noises we make and how we walk through the apartment. Yet, I’m the one who got a letter; wonder if the managers told the complainers to be mindful of families with children too. Another issue: Some residents chose to play provocative music and videos on the television at the poolside, and smoke there. This can degrade the apartment community if it worsens. Other than those issues, the apartments are usually quiet in my section. I would recommend others who enjoy a little quiet living. May want to chose the top floor or a townhome.

  I have lived in the vista for about 2 years now and its been a good stay. The maintenance team does a great job of keeping the outside grounds clean and complete work orders pretty quick.

  rent is astronomical for the small space you get. maintenance is slow , and has gone through my things on multiple occasions . and the first week i lived here , someone broke into my car .

  I’ve lived in a two bedroom/ two bath apartment at The Vista for about 2½ years now, and have truly enjoyed my experience. Even though it’s located just off a four-lane highway, it really feels tucked away from the hustle and bustle. One of my favorite things is sitting on my balcony in the morning and looking out at the trees as the sun rises...it’s peaceful and relaxing. Folks on the other side get to watch the sunset. The community amenities are great. There’s a nice fitness center, a pool area with grills and a TV, and a clubhouse. I personally haven’t used the clubhouse much, but my 24 year old son loves it. I’ve also had a really positive experience with the office staff and maintenance. Maintanence is always prompt, friendly, and take care of any requests quickly. I haven’t had any issues with neighbors, which makes it an even better place to live. With the warmer weather, we've been walking the neighborhood more, and have enjoyed seeing so many neighbors out doing the same. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to call home, and I plan to be here for a while.
