  Worst place I ever stayed. Takes weeks for maintenance requests. Staff is incompetent. Don’t go here unless you are desperate.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Forest Pointe Apartment Community! The staff is incredibly nice and always very responsive whenever I have a question or need assistance. They truly go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable. The location is perfect, especially for someone like me who travels often for work. Being close to I-95 makes commuting so much more convenient, which is a huge plus! Overall, I highly recommend Forest Pointe to anyone looking for a well-managed, conveniently located, and welcoming place to live.

  From day 1 this place was a problem, we we there 2 years total. Originally we rented a 2 bedroom but it wasn’t ready when we needed to move in so we settled for a 1 bedroom. There are so many cons to this property. Cons: -MAJOR flooding issue that will never get fixed. It’s dangerous and can flood building 2 and make it impossible to leave during a storm. The water is at least thigh high during hurricane season and someone could drown. - people steal packages and even DoorDash orders. Someone even tried to take my camera outside - landscape is only maintained by the entrance and front office. In our 2 years here all the dead bushes/leaf piles were never addressed - NEVER any parking between building 2/3 after 6pm sometimes you have to park at building 4 or 5 and walk in the dark, - Cost was always going up every year but yet no repairs or upgrades were ever made. -used to pay 650 in 2015 when I lived here the first time and now almost 1200 for a 1 bedroom is crazy -apartment ALWAYS had this weird mold/mildew smell. -trash is always full Pro- -quick laundry room -small but functional gym -manager Alexis can come off as snippy and rude if you have an issue but he’s really a nice guy and tries his best despite having a management company that overlooks the small complexes.
