  The Standard at Pinestone is a beautiful, well built property in the heart of Travelers Rest, SC. It's connected to downtown via a walking path for easy access to all the establishments along the Swamp Rabbit Trial. Janessa was easy to work with, communicated well. She was fast and efficient which made my move in process a breeze.

  My boyfriend and I just moved here from Florida last year. Our lease is almost up so we’re looking for apartments that would be closer to our jobs. We had the pleasure of touring the Standard Apartments and omg they’re so nice and well kept! The ladies in the office were amazing and very informative. We can’t wait to live here!

The property is consistently clean and beautifully maintained. Joy truly goes above and beyond—always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or needs. Maintenance is especially impressive; any request I’ve submitted has been handled promptly and efficiently, which makes living here completely stress-free. The amenities are top-notch and always in great condition, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. With easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, everything you need is just minutes away. I also really appreciate the strong sense of safety and the overall warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the community. Overall, The Standard at Pinestone has exceeded my expectations in every way. It genuinely feels like home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and enjoyable place to live.
