Emma has such a pleasant and gracious personality. She is very very sweet and kind and honestly I don’t know too many 24 year old young ladies that is driven and respectable. She is AWESOME .
Love The Standard at Pinestone! Savannah made leasing effortless—she was patient, thorough, and answered everything perfectly. Joy is amazing too: always responsive and friendly.
Modern apartments, awesome amenities like the pool and gym, prime location near the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Great staff and spotless community—highly recommend!

I am moving to the area and toured the property with Joy. I have now narrowed my selection down to three and this is definitely at the top of your list.

Just toured the Standard at Pinestone Savannah was so kind and knowledgeable once we sell the house will be moving here. She introduced us to the team and Joy was so friendly and reassured us we would love living at The Standard at Pinestone! We are looking forward to selling our home and becoming residents.

Absolutely nothing about our experience with Pegasus felt okay. From the moment the tour started, we were uncomfortable. The person showing us around made the entire interaction awkward and tense. When they tried to overly hype up a huge, unattractive coffee machine as if it were some luxury feature, we honestly just wanted the tour to end right there.
Then we were taken to the apartment. I walked into the kitchen and immediately noticed that every single cabinet was misaligned -- not one door lined up properly. Some of them didn't even close all the way. We asked if this would be fixed before move-in, and were told, "Probably not haha, some people just have an eye for that stuff. We can make sure you tour and pick the apartment you like before moving haha." That response alone made my husband and I want to walk out. We didn't even want to look at the bedrooms at that point, but we did out of politeness -- which was a mistake.
One staff member repeatedly told me to take a video -- she reminded me four separate times. It felt pushy and strange. By then, I just wanted to leave. The entire experience was uncomfortable from start to finish. The apartment itself felt poorly maintained and cheaply put together -- absolutely not worth the price they're asking.
And it didn't end there. After we left, I received four emails and three texts pressuring us to submit an application. Even thinking about it makes me uncomfortable.
Based on our experience, we would strongly encourage anyone considering Pegasus to be extremely cautious. Have an independent inspector check for things like rodents, mold, or maintenance issues before signing anything. We did not feel confident in the quality of the unit or the professionalism of the staff
