  We’ve only been living at Palmetto for a short time, but we’re already very happy with our decision. The community is always clean, well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped. It’s a peaceful place where you can enjoy a walk at any time of day. We especially love the great pool and the modern fitness center—both are clean and well cared for. We’d also like to thank the management team. They are friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever we have a question. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which makes living here even more enjoyable. Palmetto truly feels like home. We’re very happy we chose this community and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

  Enjoy it here! Quick response and very friendly staff. My family loves it here and my dog loves the little gated dog area where he can run and play off leash.

  Moved in about two years ago now, definitely recommend for any couples or small families! They do events & catering for the people. I love how peaceful it is. Definitely nice! Only issue i’ve ever had is noise complaints!

  This is a true review coming from someone who has lived hear for almost a year and I am happy to say I gladly renewed my lease with my roommate. Miss Teresa at the front office is extremely polite and energetic, and always willing to help. She made our leasing process extremely easy as a first-time renter. Maintenance is amazing, a few months ago we had an issue with a vent leaking water at 4 in the morning, emergency maintenance arrived in less than 30 minutes! I was shocked! The issue, which was a result of our upstairs neighbor, was resolved quickly, and so far no other problems have arisen. At first we had some bugs, but with the complex listening to feedback, the old pest control were replaced with a much quicker and better alternative, and now quarterly checks are mandatory. Haven't seen a bug since! Our neighbors are friendly, some kids occasionally play outside so just be wary of that if you don't like it. Personally I don't hear any noise from my ground floor apartment but that could be different for others. There are lots of fun giveaways, events, etc which makes the community feel alive, and they are constantly improving the complex via monthly newsletters and updates. It really does feel like they care about us and our feedback. Hopefully I will be renewing my lease once again next year!

  I moved here 5 months ago and I've been pleased. The place is clean and quiet. The residents I have met are polite. Lawn maintenance and general maintenance is kept up.
