- AGAbriana GibbsAug 26, 20265.0Went to Oakwood Homes to take a tour of the lot. Sales Manager Ben is AWESOME!! He communicated clearly, advised the best home buying options, and made me feel “at home”. Will be adding this place to the top of my list of home searches. Thank you, Ben!!
- ASAmber SelfJul 16, 20261.0Came up here on July 15th to look into purchasing a double wide and to get priced on a home I was already interested in from a while ago, which is the powerstroke by liveoak. However, when I walked in nobody even acknowledged me while I was standing up there for at least 2 minutes. The entire time, I was on the phone with my mom so I know they heard me talking and the door chimes when someone walks in. However I was not acknowledged at all. Went out and came back in and everyone was still in the back talking, not acknowledging me. I seen a dude with a red Oakwood shirt on that literally seen me standing there yet no one even spoke. This was the 1st place I stopped by for my business, went to other places around Sumter and Florence after I left there and these people are the only ones that apparently didnt care to help me. Customer service speaks volumes especially when making a big purchase, and this was the worst I've experienced.
