- ASAmber SelfJul 16, 20261.0Came up here on July 15th to look into purchasing a double wide and to get priced on a home I was already interested in from a while ago, which is the powerstroke by liveoak. However, when I walked in nobody even acknowledged me while I was standing up there for at least 2 minutes. The entire time, I was on the phone with my mom so I know they heard me talking and the door chimes when someone walks in. However I was not acknowledged at all. Went out and came back in and everyone was still in the back talking, not acknowledging me. I seen a dude with a red Oakwood shirt on that literally seen me standing there yet no one even spoke. This was the 1st place I stopped by for my business, went to other places around Sumter and Florence after I left there and these people are the only ones that apparently didnt care to help me. Customer service speaks volumes especially when making a big purchase, and this was the worst I've experienced.
