  I’ve lived here for a little over a year and have had a pretty horrible experience. The water gets shut off almost every month for either hours or days on end with no accommodation, no notice and no information on when it may return. Today I was in the middle of showering when my water suddenly shut off. I looked for an email I may have missed regarding this, but there wasn’t one. When I called, the office team simply told me “sorry we didn’t know” despite there entire jobs being to maintain and be aware of these things. I asked how much longer and they simply said I don’t know. I was even woken up at 3 am with the maintenance crew banging on my door asking to enter to check for flooding on another occasion . There was no flooding. I have also had issues with their pest control. I stayed home all day waiting for them to arrive and after 2 pm hit I finally called asking when they might show up. And the office team told me they had already. I was home all day, no one showed up but they lied saying otherwise. Another time when pest arrived they ripped the flooring in my kitchen up after moving the fridge. The office team offered no maintenance or repairs. Do not move here, you will regret it. You will be a charged for amenities you can not use. You will be offered buckets of water to shower with. And you will deal with maintenance issues your ENTIRE lease.

  Debra was great, but the apartments themselves need a serious upgrade. The leasing office is very modern with fresh paint, granite counter tops and cleanliness. The trails outside, the breezeways and the again the apartments themselves, need renovating. I'm very big on cleanliness so is my child on the spectrum, this may work for others, but it wasn't a "love" for me. Debra was very thorough. She answered all my questions and made the tour itself enjoyable.

  This is honestly the best place to live and they have some really nice apartments and their pool is so nice and clean and they have the cutest little walking areas

  I am so grateful to the Westbury maintenance team. We had a very time sensitive issue that I submitted late Sunday night, and he was here working on it and finished before noon the next day. If something is high priority they are always quick to get resolved, and even the smaller stuff doesn’t take long. They are always courteous and respectful of our living space. I appreciate them so much! Thank you maintenance team!
