  Just my experience & thoughts on this place. I toured a studio apartment 5/29 it was not what I was looking for so Ashley the lady that gave me the tour said that one of the 2 bedroom apartments in the back would be coming available as the current tenants were scheduled to move out on June 27 so SHE scheduled a tour for me today 6/30 because she said they would need a couple days to make sure they were fully out & the apartment was clean etc for me to view. Perfect tour was scheduled. I misplaced the card with the SCHEDULED time it was either 3 or 3:30pm so I call her to confirm only for her to say the unit has been rented & there were no 2 bedroom units available!! Why in the world schedule a tour & then rent the unit before the person that has been waiting almost a month on it could even view it. Mind you, no notice of the tour being cancelled or the unit no longer available until AFTER I called then I get a txt message immediately after I hung up saying the tour was cancelled 🤦🏻‍♀️ I understand the need to rent quick but if you have someone scheduled to view a unit at the very least send a message or give a call letting someone know not to waste their time! Very unprofessional one star because it doesn't allow zero.

  I have been here a week and am completely happy with my choice to live here. It is comfortable, calm and both the management and neighbors are super friendly. As long as it stays affordable I plan to be here for awhile.

  Very nice community thought the website doesn’t reflect the actual availability. I called for a space that was said to be ready in April it was taken up already. Though when Ashley told me this information she was rather harsh. I would’ve liked if I hadn’t been chastised for my curiosity as to why a unit was not available.

  Ashley was so helpful during the whole tour and leasing process. She’s was always available to answer our calls and questions which was very helpful and patient of her. Very excited about this Vivo experience.
