  If you move here make sure your car is always locked and you get your packages as soon as they are delivered. Mailroom lock is often broke or door propped open and packages opened or stolen. We have had water come from upstairs 5 times in the last year. Maintenece responds quick but theres still damage on ceiling from the leaks. Not a horrible place but you could get more for your money. Gym isnt bad though and you are close to everything. The people who work here are nice.

  Great experience from start to finish, even with a short-term lease during a stressful move between homes. Kelly made the application process incredibly easy and literally walked me through it step by step, and even provided a video of the apartment before move-in. Beth was always so kind and a joy to talk to, and Taylor was super helpful on move-in day and made sure I had everything I needed. The head of maintenance was also awesome! funny, quick to respond to my request and had the request handled within just a few days. Everyone here has been friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated the experience and will miss this community!

  Kelly was very helpful with the whole move in process! She was very attentive and made it very easy on us! We love the place, very nice area around as well! I recommend you working with Kelly 100%!

  I have been living here since December 2025 and everything has been great! The move in process was smooth and the staff went above and beyond in making us happy with our apartment. The maintenance staff has been great especially Jeff. Always outgoing and polite. He really takes the time to get whatever issue I have resolved.
