  If I could post 1 star without risking visibility, I would. Firstly the property is not kept up at all. I lived in building 9, the one closest to the leasing office. Everyday a neighbor would allow her dog to defecate and urinate on the small hay area in front of the stairs. The worst part of it is the dog park is 200ft from the building... the entry wreaked everyday is probably as I post (and yes I have e photographic evidence). Also the lady with the red hair in the back office is ungodly rude and passive. I usually record names but was so flustered and appalled that she refused to speak to me through Marquise as if I was not in his office. She needs staff training on professionalism ASAP. I literally moved out in July and paid the rest of the rent for not giving them a 60 day notice (job relocation). Ultimately Marquise is Elevate at Brighton Park's only saving grace. He's knowledgeable and professional. Lastly there was feces on the staircase too:) Truly happy to be away from a putrid smelling building with rude personnel. Strongly suggest they invest in pet DNA, at this point it's little France there.

  I had a wonderful experience working with Tanya Cruz, Marquis Sanders in the leasing office! They went above and beyond to help me navigate an account issue and ensured I received a credit for my profession as a CNA. It is so refreshing to live in a community that actively supports and recognizes healthcare workers. Tanya Cruz was incredibly professional, kind, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!"

  Elevate at Brighton Park is the place you want to be if you are looking for a competent, genuine, nice team of people who are here looking out for you and your needs. The entire leasing team was nothing but nice and over the top helpful trying to get us moved in here. If you’re looking to stay somewhere, where people actually care and do what they can to help you out this is place for you. The entire complex is clean, safe, and plenty of things to do from the pools, grills, and beautiful scenery for walks or to just enjoy what’s around.

  Let me start by saying the property is so beautiful with plenty amenities to cater to everyone. I would also like to acknowledge marquis for making this experience a breeze. He went above and beyond every step of the way. Highly recommend anyone searching to move to come tour!!

  I have visited these apartments a few times since where I reside at my age I want to be there for a long time. I always deal with Marquis. He may be getting tired of me ha ha but I need to be picky. Everytime I go there Marquis is alot of help. I wished I would had video taped the 857 sq ft apt the last time I was there besides of taking pics 🙄. I would like a live video of it. I do notice if I call the office and leave a message or email I do not get a responses. When I stop by I get service. I really like some things about the A5 apt! Wish the pool were larger but its a pretty pool. Its the smallest pool I have seen out of LOTS of apartments but if not full all the time it will work for me.
