  I genuinely had a great experience with this team, even when I informed them I’d want to move in a week. Honestly, they were very supportive through the entire process, and were very forward with taking the extra steps to insure I moved in with my selected date. On top of that, they are very kind people that made me feel right at home like I naturally belonged. The apartment is great and found it really easy to settle into as well!

  Absolutely disgusted! After CRC took over the place has gone to DOG S#%T! No pun intended, the residents walk their dogs and don’t clean up the people above us let the dog use the balcony as a bathroom and it falls through the balcony down to our area and our furniture is covered. The walls are paper thin so if you want to hear your neighbors conversations and chime in you can have a full blown conversation through the walls and after hours bedroom activity is atrocious as every thing is heard! And we mean everything!!! I don’t think they knew what sound insulation or insulation is in general when they built this property…for parents, if you have young children… well you can say they are wrestling. Diesel Tow trucks sit outside idling for hours so don’t expect to get any sleep. And the parking is first come first serve. So parking three or for buildings away from your unit is the norm.. Our lease is running out and so are we! As Fast as we can!!

  I have lived here since they built this place. The maintenance staff was REMARKABLE, but ever since the property management company change, the community has really gone down hill. Granted they have tried to spiff up the place, as every new management company tries to. I am now moving out and hope the new place has a maintenance guy as half as good as, Dan I think his name was.

  If I could post 1 star without risking visibility, I would. Firstly the property is not kept up at all. I lived in building 9, the one closest to the leasing office. Everyday a neighbor would allow her dog to defecate and urinate on the small hay area in front of the stairs. The worst part of it is the dog park is 200ft from the building... the entry wreaked everyday is probably as I post (and yes I have e photographic evidence). Also the lady with the red hair in the back office is ungodly rude and passive. I usually record names but was so flustered and appalled that she refused to speak to me through Marquise as if I was not in his office. She needs staff training on professionalism ASAP. I literally moved out in July and paid the rest of the rent for not giving them a 60 day notice (job relocation). Ultimately Marquise is Elevate at Brighton Park's only saving grace. He's knowledgeable and professional. Lastly there was feces on the staircase too:) Truly happy to be away from a putrid smelling building with rude personnel. Strongly suggest they invest in pet DNA, at this point it's little France there.
