From start to finish, the entire Del Webb team walked us through the entire process of building our new home. From the sales rep to our construction manager, they were very helpful and informative. Great location, too.

The entire experience was an A+. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the amenities have the feeling of being on vacation. The 1,2,5, and 10 year warranty is top notch! Everyone from sales, design center, construction and warranty are the real A-Team!

If you are considering putting down money on a house in Del Webb nexton, I would seriously think twice about doing so before thoroughly looking at everything. The builder, Pulte and developer are horrible and do not care one bit about the residents I've lived here for two years now and as much as I love my neighbors and other residents the amenities offered cannot sustain the amount of people they keep adding in and the houses. We have a very small clubhouse that includes a small room with gym equipment as well as a room across the hall for classes. The gym can fit 12 people tops at one time and the classroom maybe 25 at best before you're bumping into each other. There is a pool that is also very small and can barely handle the residents that are here now never mind an additional 400 homes. They are adding a new amenity Center that will include two additional pickleball courts on top of the 10 they already have a basketball court and a walking Track. We've asked for larger workout room and their response was well it's a multipurpose room and you can probably use it for that not how will it be used or if it's there is even a possibility. Basically their response to everything is will check into it and get back to you which they never do. As much as I love my neighbors if I knew then what I know now I would never have considered purchasing in this community.

We have been here 6.5 years. Our build out was terrible. Had warranty contractors in our house over 50 time over the first two years. At some point you just give in and accept the bowed walls and no 90 degree corners. Now we have a problem with AAM, the management company. I thought we would have more fun but not. Over our time here there have been at least 6 SE regional managers, 6 or 7 property managers and 6 lifestyle managers. With all these changes there is no continuity. On top of this our community manager just quit along with 4 very good receptionist. Something is wrong. HOA does not seem to care. If we didn’t make as many friends, we would be moving. It’s also surprising how many people do move out
