  If o could give a lower rating I would. Regrettably I moved here under a time constraint of leaving my last residence. Not very responsive when trying to communicate. When you place a work order for repairs it’s seems no one actually comes but will say via email repairs were made when clearly no repairs are made and the issues remain unresolved. When you point out obvious issues that a blind person could see it’s written off as normal wear and tear. It’s clear the previous owners had an Animal, knowing away on the wood. Urine spots on the wall. Be very careful at night because the parking lots are in complete darkness, no illumination whatsoever! I just moved in and see if I have any legal rights to exit as soon as possible. I will add a video later of the unsafe conditions of the parking lot.

  The pool always seems to be closed, and the gym has been broken since I had my child in 2024. We were told the gym had been fixed, but apparently that was not the case. We continue to pay an amenities fee for facilities that we are rarely, if ever, able to use. The parking situation is also extremely frustrating. I often have to park 4–5 buildings away from where I live, and sometimes I even have to park in front of the office just to find a space. However Management is nice for the most part For what residents are paying, the amenities and parking situation are very disappointing. Move in at your own discretion.

  I’ve been here for two years and have watched this place go down hill! The property is disgusting with the dumpster almost always over flowing, neighbors loud at all hours of the night and I have been having issues constantly with my ac with maintenance and the office providing little to no communication and slow response times. A couple of weeks ago my unit was over 90 at one point and I got no response for days. I had to call the office, leave several emails and call the emergency maintenance line for them to finally do something a few days later which didn’t fix the problem for long. Fast forward to now my ac is not working yet again and my unit is 80 and climbing. I have put in service request, called the office once again as well as the emergency maintenance and still no response! This is unacceptable!

  Ms. Seleina Free made my mother and I feel so welcomed and appreciated and that meant so much to us since we have been dealing with a lot each day. Not only did Seleina help us with every question from obvious to complex but didn't make us feel like we were being annoying and a hassle. Walked us through any complications we had and never made it an issue when we needed something answered again or shown another apartment. Her representation of Cobblestone Village made us apply, top tier customer service.
