  Ms. Seleina Free made my mother and I feel so welcomed and appreciated and that meant so much to us since we have been dealing with a lot each day. Not only did Seleina help us with every question from obvious to complex but didn't make us feel like we were being annoying and a hassle. Walked us through any complications we had and never made it an issue when we needed something answered again or shown another apartment. Her representation of Cobblestone Village made us apply, top tier customer service.

  Absolutely worst place to live highly wouldn't recommend, maintenance never comes , mold in all apartments, they charge you extra almost every month and don't take it off until you say something , trash over flows everyday , when your ac or heat goes out just go ahead and get a hotel they won't be there to fix it anytime soon , yns are breaking in cars everyday they tow your car for any reason and make you pay , lease office people suck and are very rude When your lease is up they charge you $1500 to clean your carpet , walls are paper thin can hear neighbors breathing , pool is closed year around , toilets leak sink leaks , imagine trying to clean a moldy shower than never gets cleaned 0/10 don't recommend try somewhere else

  Living in this complex is the worst. Emails and phone calls are never answered. In addition to not taking the initiative to spray outside the complex, the A/C never works. The facility is known to my pals as "infest land." You need to contact them to have your apartment sprayed, but they don't reply, so don't expect it to happen. Out of their two female maintenance workers, the black one is the worst! She constantly acts rudely and shows how much she despises her job—in addition to the fact that she isn't competent to perform it in the first place. When you go inside to talk to them, Jasmine frequently looks like a headlight-blinded deer whenever you ask her a question. In rain, sleet, or snow, they have a man with a mental disability come in at five in the morning to pick up their filthy waste. Although he lives close to the complex, he is sadly required to ride his bike in all weather conditions for the subpar work they assign him. The gate to this gated neighborhood hasn't operated for the past four to five years. They add significant amounts to the rent at random, even though it is their responsibility that their water bill keeps having problems reporting on our rent. In my opinion, the entire complex ought to unite and demonstrate against this squalid complex!
