  I couldn’t be happier with my experience purchasing my new home with Centex at Bradford Point. From the very beginning, I felt that the people I worked with genuinely cared about making this a positive experience for me. Communication was excellent throughout the process, I was always kept informed, and whenever I had a question or concern, it was addressed quickly and professionally. I would especially like to recognize Trevor Stewart, my Construction Manager. Trevor was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, approachable, responsive, and clearly took a great deal of pride in the home he was delivering. He kept me informed of progress, answered my questions honestly, and made sure that anything requiring attention was properly addressed. His professionalism gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of my new home. I would also like to recognize Nancy Porter, my Loan Processor. Nancy was equally excellent to work with. She made what can often be one of the more stressful parts of buying a home much easier to navigate. She was responsive, patient, professional, and always willing to explain what was needed and where we were in the process. I greatly appreciated the level of communication and personal attention she provided. Trevor and Nancy were both excellent representatives of the organization. Their professionalism was matched by the fact that they were simply very pleasant people to work with, and both made me feel that my experience and satisfaction genuinely mattered. Having recently relocated from Washington to South Carolina, purchasing this home represents a significant new chapter in my life. The Centex team helped make that transition an extremely positive one, and I’m genuinely grateful for the effort that went into getting me into a home that I’m very excited about. Overall, my experience was excellent from start to finish. I’m extremely happy with my new home and would have no hesitation recommending Centex and the Bradford Point team to anyone considering purchasing a new home.

  I’m glad I purchased a home in Bradford Pointe, built by Centex. A few new builds in other communities I toured did not meet some of my expectations, but Centex did an outstanding job building homes in this community!

  Great community. We got lucky that every person we worked with was the best person ever. We worked with Michael and Denise. They are truly amazing people.

  Unfortunately we have not been able to live in our beautiful house yet but we will be moving in this October. We saw the model home and the house being built at different stages. We loved everything that we saw starting with the house, the neighborhood and the facilities offered. It’s just what we want to enjoy our retirement years. Can’t wait to move in.
