We visited in December 2019 and met with Katie our sales consultant and she walked us through the whole process. Her knowledge and professionalism of the process was perfect, no pressure just great advice. We purchased the Compton and deferred our construction to April 2020 and then "covid" hit. Between Katie and the building site manager Andrew keeping us updated every step of the way with weekly text, pictures and even a few videos, it felt like we were there for the whole building process. We closed in August 2020 on an amazing house and never looked back. We are so happy with this whole process and absolutely love our new home as Pultie / Centex makes this whole process seamless and the incentives were real good. We got everything we could ever want and the quality was outstanding. If you want a great house in a great neighborhood with great neighbors then this is your place. Rick & Sheryl
