  Tamara was AWESOME! So easy to work with, honest and knowledgeable. Able to Address all our questions and concerns. ALSO, want to give a shout out to Jim. His quick visit when my son moved in, fixed/diminished the rocking ship (commode) in the bathroom. My first contact was with Daisy, and it was very positive and the reason I pursued The Willows. I didn’t get to meet her personally but she is incredible just like her teammates.

  I lived here about two years ago. When I moved in, everything was fine I just remember the front desk lady being very rude most of the time. I moved in the fall and then winter came. We had a very cold two weeks that was below freezing. At the beginning of those two weeks, my Heating system broke and I reached out that same day to get it fixed as it was below freezing. Don’t remember the little things, but the communication was terrible with the staff and I was left without a heater for a month to a month and a half during the coldest time of the year. Not to mention my energy bill increased by quite a bit during that time, due to the heat not working and having to run two of my own mini heaters nonstop just to keep one room semi warm without any kind of reimbursement for it. Maintenance gave us a heater that was very old and broke within two days. One morning I woke up with it being 35f in my room. The property manager was no help and after weeks of asking for a supervisor or somebody above her she finally gave me contact information, but that person also canceled the scheduled phone call. There was also a credit of $250 off of the first two months promised in my lease and they forgot to take it off of the second month and I had to go back-and-forth in emails to get it off and it took them months. There was also roaches once in a while.
