  If I could give a zero I would. Maintenance staff is the laziest and unknowledgeable group of individuals I’ve ever encountered. Close work orders without even entering the property. A year of no ac with zero effort to remedy the issue. Do not recommend wasting your money

He thoroughly elucidates the procedures undertaken to resolve any issues, leveraging his expertise to its fullest potential.
