  Now that the construction has begun on my families new home. The project manager Matt Hainor is awesome.!!! Our very first meeting we had to go over the plans was exciting, detailed, precise, he didnt leave out anything, was patient with any questions or concerns that we had, very knowledgeable about whats being done, why its being done that way, he broke everything down so everyone would have a clear understanding of whats taking place as the construction begins. He was excited just as we were because you can see his passion for what he does. Since the construction began he has been open and available for any questions, concerns , pictures, whatever we needed he has fulfilled it. Recommended 10/10. He has really kept us excited, engaged , calm and settled which lets us know we have nothing to worry about and we are in great hands.

  Where do I start this whole experience of buying my families home was great. Mr.Kelby was amazing. From the first time we met , he made me feel comfortable, at ease, and that I had nothing to worry about because he was with me through this whole process and he help calm and doubts, fears that I had about purchasing our home. He even took call, texts on his days off to answer any questions that I had, no matter how big or small he informed me there's no such thing as a crazy question, mo matter what it is his line was open for me. He went over and beyond to make sure I was able to purchase the home but more importantly we got the home we wanted fory family. His dedication, purpose, communication, willingness, and passion is 10/10. I will strongly recommend him to any who wants to buy a home because he will do whatever it takes for you to have your dream home.

  We are currently building our first home with Ryan Homes, and we chose the community at the Everly —and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. From the very beginning, the experience has been smooth and exciting thanks to our amazing team. Our sales rep, David Catoe, has been incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through every detail of the layout and made sure we felt confident in every decision. Our project manager, Matt Hainor, has also been fantastic. He keeps us updated throughout the process and ensures everything is running smoothly. It’s been so reassuring knowing our home is in good hands. We absolutely love the Dogwood design—the open layout and functionality are perfect for our family. Watching our home come together has been such an exciting experience, and the quality and attention to detail have really impressed us so far. Overall, Ryan Homes has made building our first home a positive and memorable journey. We are beyond excited to move in and would highly recommend them—especially with a team like David and Matt guiding you every step of the way!

  My husband and I wanted to give a shoutout to Matt Hainor for his awesome work so far (which we know will continue). We are first time homebuyers and we are getting our house built, so we are obviously very nervous. Matt has answered all of our questions with patience, and he is professional yet personable. Matt has kept us in the loop this entire process, and when we did our pre drywall meeting, I was over the moon with how things are looking so far. I can tell that Matt and his team are working are super hard. All of our friends have told us that Ryan is the best company to get a house built with, and Matt has proven that statement to be true.
