- JSJerimi SpringstonJul 28, 20265.0RJ was so wonderful to work with through our home purchase. His enthusiasm is contagious and he was fantastic in his knowledge and answering all of our questions. I would recommend everyone to come see RJ for their next home purchase. I can't thank him enough for helping my wife and I through this whole process. RJ is good people and we couldn't be happier!
- DWDavid WhittJul 20, 20251.0Helped our daughter buy her first home from Ryan in Berkeley in July 2024. My wife and I bought our first home from Ryan in 1992. This most recent experience in Berkeley has been disappointing for our daughter. No hot water first week, multiple roof leaks, tripping breakers, etc. Just came up on her first anniversary in the home and Ryan was having neighbors mark issues they wanted repaired at the one year ownership mark. My daughter never heard anything from Ryan and we just discovered another leak that has obviously been ongoing for a while based on drywall condition (see pic). Hopefully Ryan steps up to fix this latest leak and actually does a 1 year walk through inspection like they did for us over 30 years ago.
- DADakota AshwoodFeb 24, 20255.0We’re getting all settled in our new house! The project team here was orderly and house was completed on time. Shout out to Jared and Tori for their support. This was our 2nd Ryan home because it’s the simplest way to get into a beautiful home. This neighborhood is stocked with good people so far and lots of kids. We’re really looking forward to the pool this summer!
