  Ana was great but Joey said my 5 yr warranty was free. After my frig went out after 1 yr I looked at my paperwork and I was charged 800. For the warranty. So don't take his word for it read your paperwork closely. He took advantage of a elderly lady.

  I was passing through town and stopped by to look at one of their models on the lot. I was already working with a different office in Georgia but one of their reps, Darian, still did a great job showing us around, even though he knew he couldn't make a sale with us. He treated us like any other potential client and was very helpful walking through the different models. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the different builders and how to get the best quality for our dollar. I'd definitely recommend anyone in the market for an Oakwood Home to work with this dealer and specifically Darian.

  Anna was wonderful if you need a home plz go ask for anna very good customer service kind and makes sure you understand everything joey was great to vey kind and caring people to work with so yall go on down see them and let them hook you up
