  We recently looked into going the manufactured house route and toured several brands/builders in the Upstate. Oakwood homes of Spartanburg was by far the best experience we had. Darian Acosta was such a blessing to work with, answered all our questions and communicated extremely well in-person, over the phone, and through email. He was very knowledgable about all the aspects of buying a mobile home and we never felt pushed into a decision, routed into a direction we didn't want, or talked to death about what could or couldn't be done. We didn't end up purchasing a home with them due to issues with our land, but I we were still treated with respect and care through out the whole process. Highly recommend if you are looking for a mobile home.

  The folks here at Oakwood homes on Asheville Hwy in Spartanburg are fantastic to work with. Anna and Joey helped us find the perfect house for my wife and I. With all the options offered here you are able to make the house just the way you want it. If you are in the market for a well built home at a respectable price, Ask for Anna, tell her William sent you. Hahahaha, but seriously they are great people there.

  Anna and Joey know what they are doing!!! We are so thankful for their help with our home. The process did take longer than expected with getting in the home but things happen. Other than that awaiting some odds and ends to be fixed. Gentlemen who did final walk through was extremely helpful! Only reason we did not give 5 stars was timeframe of getting into home, manufacturer made errors with flooring, ac filter is jammed, poor performance of cleaning company, and rushing/errors with the porch.

  Ana was great but Joey said my 5 yr warranty was free. After my frig went out after 1 yr I looked at my paperwork and I was charged 800. For the warranty. So don't take his word for it read your paperwork closely. He took advantage of a elderly lady.

  I was passing through town and stopped by to look at one of their models on the lot. I was already working with a different office in Georgia but one of their reps, Darian, still did a great job showing us around, even though he knew he couldn't make a sale with us. He treated us like any other potential client and was very helpful walking through the different models. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the different builders and how to get the best quality for our dollar. I'd definitely recommend anyone in the market for an Oakwood Home to work with this dealer and specifically Darian.
