- AMAlysha McPeak2 days ago5.0Our home took longer than expected due to our separate finance company American Financial Resources (PSA : NEVER USE THEM) and Oakwood helped us push through to get the items complete and escalate to get our home done asap. We did have to reach out to contractors on our end on multiple occasions to push them to provide status updates and estimated completion dates, but overall our home came out beautiful with no major issues outside of some scuffs, loose trim/electrical outlets, and small manufacturing details from Buccaneer (crooked trim/backsplash, scratches on the island, etc.). Michael, Joey, Rachel, Fillip, and Teresa were all so helpful from the design to the build to the finishing touches to fixing issues after move-in and we would most definitely recommend Oakwood/Clayton Homes to anyone wanting to build a manufactured home! Everyone of our neighbors and friends (and even delivery drivers lol) have complimented us on how beautiful our home is 🥰
