I took a trip here to see a home that they had. I was amazed with the service, Teresa and Anna was amazing. The experience here was a lot different from the places I have visited. The homes was set up nice, they gave me a folder with a map of the homes. Each home was numbered and very easy to identify. Thank you ladies for the wonderful experience, me and my wife had a wonderful time touring your homes.

Our experience with Oakwood and Anna Booth have been phenomenal! From start to finish of closing and I’m sure the rest of the process will be just as amazing as the beginning. We are so pleased and happy with all the expertise and love we have been welcomed with as this is our first time doing this process. Anna Booth made everything very easy to understand and was always there to answer any of our questions any hour of the day. Top tier experience and highly recommend!

We recently looked into going the manufactured house route and toured several brands/builders in the Upstate. Oakwood homes of Spartanburg was by far the best experience we had. Darian Acosta was such a blessing to work with, answered all our questions and communicated extremely well in-person, over the phone, and through email. He was very knowledgable about all the aspects of buying a mobile home and we never felt pushed into a decision, routed into a direction we didn't want, or talked to death about what could or couldn't be done. We didn't end up purchasing a home with them due to issues with our land, but I we were still treated with respect and care through out the whole process. Highly recommend if you are looking for a mobile home.

The folks here at Oakwood homes on Asheville Hwy in Spartanburg are fantastic to work with. Anna and Joey helped us find the perfect house for my wife and I. With all the options offered here you are able to make the house just the way you want it. If you are in the market for a well built home at a respectable price, Ask for Anna, tell her William sent you. Hahahaha, but seriously they are great people there.
