  Honestly, I was apprehensive and very un-knowledgeable about the process of purchasing a home. I went into Clayton Homes of Spartanburg to get some information and found an amazing person named Makayla. She answered all my questions, if she didn’t know the answer she found out and was never any pressure put on me from anyone through the whole process. I loved what I could get in a home through Clayton. It was painless from the beginning to the end, and now I’m a first time homeowner at 63 and have been in my home six months. I haven’t regretted anything from the beginning to right now … I give 110% review and believe people should go check them out.

  We started our journey back in February. It has been a battle to make it to the finish line but we are almost there. Makayla from clayton of spartanburg has been fantastic through the entire process. Even Jess the project manager has been great. They have been very responsive and communicated everything well. I would recommend you go and check them out.

  I would like to give a huge shout out to Makayla and Jess! We gave them a challenge and they came through for my family. We absolutely appreciate the hard work you guys have put in for us! If you need a home I highly recommend working with Makayla! She’s beyond awesome.

  If you’re looking for a new home THIS IS THE PLACE!!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Ask for Will Head HE IS AMAZING!! He made sure we got exactly what we wanted at the price we could afford! Greg is also great!! He went above and beyond for us!! Highly recommend !!

  My new fiancé and I were a little bit scared about buying our first home ever. We came to Clayton plenty of times before to just look at the beautiful models. Since our first time there, Trey has took very good care of us. A few more visits after, ad decided that Clayton would be the best option for us. Trey was clear and clarified any questions that we had and helped us to dissipate any fears we had about buying a home! Fast forward, we recently just closed and our home is in the construction phase. We can not be any more excited for this new phase in our lives!
