  Did a tour of the property with Savannah. She is so sweet and welcoming to potential residents. Gave me a guided tour of the amenities and one-bedroom model. Beautiful luxury space & design interior. The Property located on W Georgia Rd right off I-385 exit is convenient. Still kinda too-pricey for me, but if I could swing it, I would move-in.

  The community was very nice and I loved the design of the apartment. The leasing team was very friendly and Savannah get me a great tour of the community and amenities.

  Savannah was so welcoming and had all answers to any questions I had. Very professional and to the point - like I wanted. Very pleased with my tour today.

  I would not recommend Waterleaf at Neely Ferry to anyone. The leasing process involved misleading information, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. Getting answers was difficult because calls often went unanswered, and when issues arose, there was little effort made to resolve them. Overall, the experience was frustrating and very unprofessional

  Do not listen to these five star reviews from people who don't even live here. Who makes a five star reviews for a tour? Waterleaf has all sorts of problems especially management. Management is endlessly changing and making each apartment worse and worse. Management used to be amazing and things were great about 5-7 years ago but they continue to make horrible changes. Now the water pressure is crap, there is absolutely no parking (sometimes maintenance even takes all the spots by their garage), constant weed smells especially at night, overcrowded apartments with too many college kids that constantly switch out who's living there and again take all the parking for all 10 of them, rude office workers, and speed bumps on the road constantly breaking with nails/bolts sticking out. The only good part is the maintenance, even though there was a better team before they are still very helpful now. Sometimes they wont even come to pick up the trash. They also do not crack down on anything like they used to, nobody is getting any fines or warnings for things like leaving oversized gym machines by the trash compactor or parking their uhauls overnight in an entire section of parking when spots are already scarce. There is also dog poop everywhere. Think twice about living here.
