  I believe the maintenance gentleman's name was michael. He was very professional, and he wouldn't listen when I told him he didn't have to remove his shoes at the door but he insisted! Who's a real pleasure thank you!!

  It has been over a year since I moved out & still have not received my security deposit back. Have reached out several times, have been told it will be mailed, then FedEx, and still nothing. When I call now is says ‘no one available, please try again later’. Never wanted to post a review or even bring up all the other major issues after leaving, but this a last resort to resolve this matter.

  Monica and Connie went above and beyond to help process my leasing application very quickly so we could start our lease the next day. They kept in contact with me the entire time and really were awesome! The house itself was very clean and almost looked like it had never been occupied. It is perfect for what we need right now and I would recommend Baldwin Chase for anyone looking to lease a home in the Simpsonville area.

  It is confusing as an automatic service request was issued then we got an email saying we are responsible for putting batteries in. The first message sounded like you all would take care of the batteries. Not a big deal, but just a message letting us know to replace in the first place would have been less confusing.
