After searching for homes throughout the area with the most amazing realtor (Amy Pendergast), we came upon Garrison Farms and new it was the feeling we were looking for as our future home. The on-site manager, Angie Stewart, greeted us and was incredibly warm and welcoming. She was wonderfully kind, informative, helpful, and empathetic to our wants and needs. As moving and purchasing from 500 miles away can be a bit intimidating, the people helping us have been there every step of the way. We've also met our on-site construction manager, Nick Kruszka, and he walked us through each step of the construction process. He was very well informed, polite, and reassuring as to the professional care that was being procedurally followed in building our home. Our financial connection for all the paperwork is being handled by John Myhre. He too, has been so very helpful. He has walked us through all the financial options and was patiently willing to go step-by-step, line-by-line to help us make the best, informed decisions. The entire process at Ryan Homes, so far, has been a wonderful experience! Thank you to all involved. We highly recommend Ryan Homes.

No pressure. All help. I felt like she and Ryan Homes genuinely cares about your experience from start to finish. We were undecided for a while until we saw my parents go through the entire process through closing. They make sure you are happy and taken care of, paying attention to detail. The friendly sales and follow-through we saw in my parents build made us decide to go with them. We have recently broke ground and are excited for our new home.

Anything that I thought should be looked at he agreed, took pictures and set up a punchlist date For everything to get done, I am more than happy with the house the #Warranty and the professionalism that Nathan has displayed. I have the upmost confidence in him that everything he says will get done. Everything was beyond my expectations.
