  I’ve known Justin and his family for years and have had the opportunity to see how he conducts himself professionally. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and takes the time to really understand the market and the numbers behind it. What stands out most to me, though, is his integrity. Justin is an honorable businessman who genuinely cares about helping people make good decisions, not simply making a sale. I would feel very comfortable recommending Justin the House Guy to someone looking for knowledgeable and straight forward real estate guidance in the Simpsonville area.

  Justin is awesome, we met with several agents in the beginning and as soon as I met Justin I knew I wanted him as my agent. Justin is very up to date and knowledgeable of the market, he had my house sold within 5 days. Outstanding!

  We spent three years looking for acreage in the Upstate. Justin was always responded to our calls, met us a potential sites, and ultimately helped us close the deal when finally found something matching our needs. He is positive, attentive, and most importantly responds and does what he says.

  Justin is very disrespectful when it comes to women. Witnessed him being very degrading/derogatory towards a woman. Very unprofessional, everyone deserves to be treated with respect. Would not recommend him if you are a woman. This is deeply upsetting

  Justin Ruzicka helped me sell my house. He is an amazing realtor. Very knowledgeable and very approachable. I really appreciate how readily available and responsive Justin was whenever I had questions or concerns. He held my hand throughout the entire process and really worked hard to get the best possible outcome for me. I highly recommend him!
