  Mike and Aaron were both outstanding. They arrived on time, were professional, respectful, and explained everything they were doing throughout the repair. They worked efficiently, made sure the issue was completely resolved, and left the area clean when they finished. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire maintenance experience stress-free. I really appreciate their hard work and excellent customer service.

  Mike and Aaron came to my cousins apartment and handled all their issues fast and efficiently. They were very nice and friendly and brought good vibes.

  my apartment was poorly cleaned and had a variety of maintenance issues but mike and aaron from the columbia property came and got it all together within a day they need to keep them!!!!!!

  This place is terrible! Stay away! Highest rent in area and even more than Columbia! At least once a month someone runs thru the gate! People just throw their trash outside of the trash can instead of in it. Maintenance goes thru your apartment and turns on whatever appliances, lights and AC while your gone. Parking is terrible. People’s pets poop on the grass and they don’t pick it up! This place deserves zero stars! Leasing office is unfriendly!!!
