  Been here for 2 months and my car was stolen and management has been absolutely useless. Asked them to review the camera footage and I get excuses that the internet isn’t working and they’ll call back. Haven’t heard a word from them. If you have nice things think twice about living here.

  This place is terrible! Stay away! Highest rent in area and even more than Columbia! At least once a month someone runs thru the gate! People just throw their trash outside of the trash can instead of in it. Maintenance goes thru your apartment and turns on whatever appliances, lights and AC while your gone. Parking is terrible. People’s pets poop on the grass and they don’t pick it up! This place deserves zero stars! Leasing office is unfriendly!!!

  DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! HUGE RIPOFF I would give a negative 10 stars if I could. The staff is completely incompetent. Before we signed our lease we were given a print out of costs and what we would have to pay for every month. After our lease was signed we have been getting addition charges and our rent has gone up over $100! Not only that we were not informed we would have to pay spectrum for cable boxes. We were told they would be free, then all of the sudden it was 2 boxes that were free, then 1 box, then none, back to one and we still pay for all of the boxes we have. -_- The staff is rude. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything! We moved in June 22nd and they have yet to come fix anything our oven handle broke off the first night and we have been spending so much money on draino for standing water in the sinks and tubs. PS they say we pay for pest control and I have yet to have anyone spray in my apartment since I moved in..... this place is a huge rip off! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! I will be contacting my attorney on every matter I have dealt with because even corporate hasn’t returned our calls for weeks. I will be paying the $900 + fee to break my lease due to these issues just so I can be free of this awful place and terrible service.
