  If I could give zero stars, I would ! Extremely disappointing experience with Willington Lakes! After two failed move-in dates, the apartment was still in unacceptable condition, with leaking sinks, a broken stove, suspected mold, rusted fixtures, and numerous unfinished repairs. Maintenance Supervisor Max repeatedly assured me the apartment would be ready, yet failed to follow through. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was unacceptable. I have photos and videos documenting the conditions. I ultimately terminated my lease and received my full refund. However, that does not excuse the experience or poor maintenance oversight. I would not recommend Willington Lakes!

  Mike and Aaron were both outstanding. They arrived on time, were professional, respectful, and explained everything they were doing throughout the repair. They worked efficiently, made sure the issue was completely resolved, and left the area clean when they finished. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire maintenance experience stress-free. I really appreciate their hard work and excellent customer service.

  Mike and Aaron came to my cousins apartment and handled all their issues fast and efficiently. They were very nice and friendly and brought good vibes.

  my apartment was poorly cleaned and had a variety of maintenance issues but mike and aaron from the columbia property came and got it all together within a day they need to keep them!!!!!!
