  Over the last 10 months I have used Loretta Reality to buy a house and sell a condo in the North Myrtle Beach area. Joe and Loretta were very helpful and supportive throughout both of the closings. Given that we were living at the time 9 hours away, the paperwork, walk through, and negotiations would have been impossible without their help. Over the years, I have worked with multiple realtors. Joe and Loretta are genuinely representing your best interest and are there to support you throughout every phase and beyond the closing to assist with recommendations on utilities, contractors, and every day needs. I without any reservation would recommend Loretta Reality to anyone having Real Estate needs.

  The Loretta Realty Group did a fantastic job in selling our house. Their video tour of our house was top notch and they were with us through out the selling process. Very professional. I would recommend them to anyone who is selling or buying a house.

  Joe Terranella did a great job in helping us find a new place in Little River SC. He was very patient in helping us determine the benefits in living in different areas of greater Myrtle Beach. Joe is laid back but did ask probing questions to get a better understanding what we might like in a new home. Joe was engaging, he utilized the experience of his team at Loretta Realty Group to identify and view homes in the area. We found a great home at a terrific value thanks to Joe.
