  I never wound up living here, which I’ve come to accept as a blessing is disguise. The application process was stressful, to say the least. Calls and emails requesting assistance were not replied to in a timely manner, whatsoever. Not a single call was actually answered, any outreach was sent to voicemail. This is the smallest of the concerns when attempting to apply here. The bigger concerns are attitude and dishonesty. I had to renew my license recently and the DMV no longer prints the hard copies on site, they give you a paper copy while they mail the normal one. I was told my paper ID would be denied and they offered no further assistance to help me in the verification. I have since applied to a couple different complexes, that their automatic verification did deny it, but their offices were very polite and helpful and manually approved it instead. It was the same exact link this community uses, so I know they could have done it to, but for whatever reason they chose to be a pain and just lie to me to not have to do extra work. I want to mention the paper ID is a valid, government issued, identification accepted by law enforcement, medical offices, and quite literally every other rental agency I’ve worked with since this place. Denying it the way they did, with a heavy attitude, was my first impression of these people DO NOT CARE about their potential tenants or offering help. Additionally, I have a letter for my dog (one of the restricted breeds) detailing he is an ESA prescribed by my psychologist that saw me for over 4 years. They would not accept this as proof and demanded I fill out THEIR paperwork with a therapist. Well, my therapist doesn’t work at that office anymore and making me meet with a stranger to rehash all my trauma and get further evidence to prove I need my dog is the second MAJOR red flag that proves this apartment complex is, in fact, prejudice and doesn’t give any genuine care or consideration to those with mental illnesses. When I tried arguing this point and that my dogs letter and behavioral training certificate should be acceptable, they said under fair housing laws they had to have everyone fill out the same paperwork. Well. I contacted multiple offices that work under fair housing laws and they confirmed for me this was a blatant lie. Additionally, the other places I have applied to have accepted the records I have without any push back. So long story short, this place blows. Not only are they minimally responsive, but when they choose to reply they give false information with a VERY rude demeanor. So grateful they provided obstacles, even though they weren’t legitimate, because I can’t imagine how they would treat someone actually living there when theirs maintenance issues/billing concerns/etc. Huge thumbs down for this place, wouldn’t recommend to literally anyone considering the very FIRST impression made was only a 5 star rating in the following: Negligence Dishonesty Attitude

  Garbage customer service. I was there to take a tour and just ignored by someone on lunch. She couldn't take 5 seconds to just acknowledge me. Very poor example of what lies ahead.
