  My best friend lives here and I love the pool and the gym! The apartment is so spacious. We had to go to the office for a maintenance issue and Brittany and Elizabeth helped us with a quickness! Big shout out to the staff. We stayed in the leasing office for 20 minutes. We stayed so long because they had such good energy. We laughed so much with them. Great people here at the Parker

  I came across a Facebook post on the north Augusta connect page from the manager, Brittany, and even though I’m not planning to move until December, she went above and beyond answering all of my questions. She was so helpful, informative, and easy to talk to. Funny too lol I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but she was seriously awesome and deserved one. I can’t wait until it’s closer to my move because Brittany is definitely the person I’ll want to work with throughout the process!

  I called to get some information for my mom since she lives in the area. I'm not local, so I'm very particular about where she'll be living, and I needed answers quickly. After calling several other properties in the area, I was becoming incredibly frustrated. Many never answered the phone, and others relied on automated systems that couldn't answer the detailed questions I had. When you're trying to make an important decision for a loved one, there's simply no substitute for speaking with a real person who is willing to take the time to help. That's why my experience with Brittany stood out so much. She was absolutely amazing! She patiently sat down with me, answered every one of my questions thoroughly, explained the entire process in detail, and never made me feel rushed. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care immediately reassured me and made me want to write this review. Because of Brittany, my mom is now excited to tour next week, and I feel much more confident about the possibility of her living there. Great customer service is becoming harder and harder to find, and Brittany is a perfect example of why having caring, knowledgeable people on your team makes all the difference. Thank you, Brittany, for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate your time, patience, and exceptional service!

  Even if you’re not ready to move yet, I definitely recommend touring with Brittany or at least giving her a call. She answered all my questions, made the whole process super easy, and was so easy to talk to. She was funny, relatable, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Customer service like hers is hard to come by these days!

  Boyfriend lived here for about 7 months. Came in and the apartment clearly had not been deep cleaned like they had said they would. Dog poop EVERYWHERE in the grass and sometimes on the sidewalk. When moving out they turned off the power the day after notice was given, without warning so all food was spoiled in the fridge and freezer while we were at work. Daily valet trash service will take DAYS in between pick up = complaints from neighbors about the provided trash can sitting out. Moving out cleaning (not actively living there at the time but still paying rent) we had a few bags that were left for OVER a week by the door. AND THE BIGGEST KICKER- I am IN THE SHOWER ALONE when I hear one single knock on the door. Ignoring it, a few seconds later I hear the door open and a man walk in. On me. Alone. In the shower. One knock. No announcement. No “Hello, so and so here to do so and so” NADA. i rush to throw clothes on and he has already made it half way into the apartment and he argues with me saying he is maintenance and I tell him he needs to get the hell out and he cannot just welcome himself in with 0 anything. My boyfriend leaves work to come and the office says he is in fact NOT maintenance and was from the city and (they were VERY polite and professional about this luckily) that he would be removed from the premises and a complaint will be filed. They need to get some of their crap together. Pool is great, but not worth it for what your getting into
