- WDWhite DoveOct 3, 20265.0Since my move in this past August I have to say Kimberli and Alana in our leasing office has gone above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was done above and beyond my expectations. Their kindness and caring for their tenants is exceptional. I searched many places to call home pryor to The Parker Apartments that I have looked at only to be so disappointed with apartments in the Myrtle Beach area . I honestly almost gave up hope thinking I would never find the perfect place to live in until I found The Parker Apartments and had the privilege to walk into the leasing office and was welcomed like family by Kimberli and Alana. I have been in sales and customer service for over 40 years and I have to say, Kimberli and Alana worked so hard as a team to make sure a certain issue that desperately had to be done to my apartment was approved by upper management within just days and completed faster then I ever imagined. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to them both for truly caring. I’m finally “ home”. 😌

The property manager Kimberly has gone above and beyond to help make the move in process easy, efficient, and honestly an overall delight. The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious and exactly what I was looking for. The amenities were amazing as well as the customer service. I highly recommend this area to anyone who is looking for a cute quiet place to live. They are pet friendly and very accommodating. Overall best customer service and interaction process I’ve ever experienced. I’m very excited to live here (:
