  I am so grateful to Alivia Scarborough for helping a mutual client find the perfect vacation/retirement home. She was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She listened to my client’s needs and preferences. She also negotiated a great deal and made sure everything went smoothly until the closing. Alivia is not only a great realtor, but also a wonderful person. I highly recommend Alivia to anyone looking for a home in this area. She is the best!

  Joanna, Was my realtor and she Did an excellent job she was very attentive, answered all my question Even if I called at of bed time, She would just say there's no bad time, She showed such care, And you could tell that this was more than a job for her, Joanna always listened to what I had to say, Which area I wanted it to live in, I really feel I could not have done it without Joanna, Thank you from the bottom of my heart you are the best

  Alivia Scarborough absolutely went above and beyond in my home search. She worked hard to find potential properties to look at, and made scheduling viewings very easy and flexible. Despite a seller’s market, she kept at it until we found the right home for me. Once we were under contract, Alivia definitely had my best interests in mind and helped guide me through the process with ease. Alivia always made herself available and got back to me very quickly with any questions I had. Great job!

  From the first day I met Alivia Scarborough helping me purchase a house considering I was living in Connecticut she walked me through every step. I came down here she showed me about 15 houses and then I returned back to Connecticut she calls me up and says she’s got the kind of house I want. I fly back down we see the house,I like it she knows everything about selling a house. She’s very reliable and very knowledgeable and helped me do all the steps in purchasing my house I’m very happy with this realtor. I highly recommend her!
