  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. First the agent of course made some false promises and told us we would get blinds for the whole place if we signed papers to get everything locked in within a week. We did that and made the commitment, so when we sat down and started doing the numbers the agent then said that’s not something he can do even though he just promised it the day before. Shrugged it off and tried looking past that as a first time home buyer. We did the walkthrough with builder and he said any issues just reach out to him and he would be happy to help, that same person now ducks you every time. Now to the place itself, we moved in like normal and started putting some things away and when I put a few things on the racks in the closet all the racks in the wall came right off because they did not put them in studs or use drywall anchors correctly. We explained to the warranty people there was a big hole underneath the driveway that went about 16 inches under the cement from the side, so they filled it with sand and my driveway has now cracked in 5 different spots around that hole. We have had multiple pieces of siding come off since moving in which is coming up on 3 months and the places are “BRAND NEW”. The sink started leaking randomly and flooded the entire kitchen, they did not caulk above any of the doors, there are soft spots on the laminate flooring, the window sill was somehow cracked, there are no gutters so if it rains there is mulch and mud everywhere, they have the run off for the AC unit just draining right on the foundation of the house so now I have my own personal swamp, they still have not finished the road so anytime you pull in or pull out you have to worry about scrubbing, I have had to replace my tires 3 separate times now because the people building are so careless, three months in and still no mailbox so I have not been getting mail which is great, and it was a fight to get a garbage can. All and all just save your money and the headache and stay far away from this cheaply built hellholes they want to make a quick profit on.

  So far so good. It is still early but the team is very helpful. Jessica Poole (sales) is always ready to assist and answer any questions. Thomas Corsco (finance) is very knowledgeable. The key is be responsive and get the team the information they request. My fingers are crossed this wave continues.
